If your Remagine card has been lost or stolen or you believe your card details have been compromised, you should log into your Remagine account through our Web-app and block your card immediately. If it's not possible, please contact our Customer Support team immediately.
Important! In case of card theft, please report it immediately to the local police station and then send a copy of the theft report to our Customer Support team.
